The JKS400B rotary mud circulation crawler well drilling rig is a workhorse for unconsolidated and mixed ground conditions where mud rotary drilling delivers the fastest penetration. A powerful 92kW engine drives a high-pressure variable pump that powers rotation, feed and winch functions with precise control. The rig uses cutting bits and cone bits with mud circulation to clean the borehole, making it exceptionally effective in sand, clay, gravel and weathered rock layers. With a 20T lifting force and 9000N.m rotation torque, the machine handles 400m deep holes in diameters from 105mm to 350mm while keeping the drill string under full control at all times.

The JKS400B is ideal for agricultural irrigation wells, community water supply boreholes, dewatering wells, foundation drainage and shallow geothermal installations in plains and river basins. Mud rotary mode keeps the hole stable in sandy and collapsing strata, while the option of DTH operation extends the rig into moderately hard rock when geological conditions change mid-hole.
