This JK820-2 integrated DTH drilling rig is built for deep, large-diameter blast holes that smaller rigs cannot handle efficiently. With a drilling diameter range of 140-190 mm and a maximum depth of 35 meters, the rig is a strong fit for large open-pit mines, deep quarry benches, and heavy civil projects that require long production holes. The automatic pipe changer carries 6+1 drill pipes of 5 meters each, allowing the operator to make up and break out strings without leaving the cabin, which shortens cycle times and improves safety on the drill deck. The 21 ton machine uses a water-cooled six-cylinder EFI diesel engine and a feed system with 5895 mm stroke and a swing range from 36 degrees left to 95 degrees right for versatile hole positioning.
