This JK810 integrated hydraulic DTH drilling rig is a self-contained blast hole drilling solution that combines the drill, the air compressor, and the dust control system on a single crawler chassis. For quarry and open-pit operators, the integrated design removes the need for a separate compressor tow unit, which simplifies site logistics and reduces the number of machines that must be mobilized. The rig is powered by a Cummins QSL8.9-C360-30 diesel engine rated at 264 kW, driving both the hydraulic system and an Atlas Copco two-stage rotary screw air compressor that delivers 19.8 m3/min at 20 bar. This air output is sufficient to run DTH hammers drilling 90-165 mm blast holes through hard limestone, granite, and abrasive overburden.
