This high pressure JKS500F reverse circulation drill rig is configured for formations that demand maximum air energy: deep hard rock, karstic limestone, and geothermal environments. The rig supports working air pressures up to 4.5 MPa with air consumption from 16 to 60 m3/min, allowing it to drive high-pressure DTH hammers and RC hammers at their rated performance. Backing the air system is a 132 kW diesel engine, and the 9000 Nm rotation torque keeps large bits turning through the toughest ground. The 26 ton maximum lifting force provides the capacity to recover long drill strings and stuck equipment safely, which is critical in deep, difficult holes.

This high pressure variant of the JKS500F is used for deep geothermal drilling, hard rock water wells, mineral exploration with RC hammers, and large-diameter boreholes in karst terrain. The high pressure configuration is factory tested at full working pressure with the air system performance recorded in the delivery documents.
