Compact JKS500F Crawler RC Drill Rig 6800mm Length 2250mm Width Building Foundation Borehole Machine

This compact JKS500F crawler RC drill rig is built for the confined working areas of urban construction, where foundation investigation and borehole drilling must be completed inside site hoardings with minimal disruption. At 6800 mm long and 2250 mm wide, the rig passes through standard site gates and works between building footprints, pile caps, and existing structures. The 102/114 mm recommended rod diameters give a strong, stiff drill string for the 300 meter depth rating, while the 9000 Nm torque and 26 ton lifting force provide the muscle for casing and sampling work in urban soils. An optional 24 kW hydraulic generator powers site lighting and auxiliary equipment.

The JKS500F foundation configuration drills geotechnical investigation holes, soil sampling bores, and dewatering wells for building projects, bridge foundations, and utility corridors. Its compact dimensions make it practical for schools, hospitals, and commercial developments where space is tight and noise and dust control matter. The optional mud pump packages allow circulation drilling in sands and gravels that would collapse under air-only methods. Foundation contractors use the machine both for pre-construction investigation and for installing dewatering systems that keep excavations dry during basement construction.

Each machine is factory tested with a lifting test, rotation check, and flushing circuit verification before packing for export. The rig ships in a 40ft open top container or flat rack with the mast secured and auxiliary equipment boxed.
