The Quarry-Grade JK410 crawler mounted pneumatic tophammer drill rig is purpose-built for high-frequency blast hole drilling in quarry and open pit operations. This new generation pneumatic top hammer machine, developed under the Sharp Sword series, delivers a dependable combination of penetration speed, mobility and low operating cost. Operators can drill boreholes from horizontal to vertical angles, which makes the unit equally effective for bench blasting, presplit drilling and secondary rock breaking. The compact 6-ton crawler chassis moves confidently over blasted rock floors, and the 220 J impact energy of the rock drill keeps advance rates high even in hard granite and basalt formations.

• Crawler Mounted Mobility: The 2 km/h self-propelled crawler undercarriage climbs a 20-degree grade and moves safely across uneven quarry floors.

The JK410 quarry drilling rig is widely used in aggregate quarries, limestone and sandstone mines, cement raw material pits and small open pit operations. It handles production blastholes of 64-89 mm, presplit holes along final pit walls and drainage holes on bench floors. The ability to drill angled holes also makes it useful for rock fall protection works and foundation excavation in civil projects.

The rig is delivered with export seaworthy packing, either in a 40ft flat rack container or by RORO vessel. Each machine is test-run and inspected before shipment, and full documentation including CE declaration and ISO 9001:2015 quality certificates is provided. Spare parts for the rock drill, air system and undercarriage are kept in stock to support fast after-sales response.
