The Mine-Site JK930 fully hydraulic tophammer drill rig is a high-performance production drilling unit built for open pit mines and large quarries. At its core is the French Montabert HC150 hydraulic rock drill with 21 kW of impact power, delivering fast penetration in hard abrasive rock. The automatic rod changing carousel stores seven T45 or T51 rods of 3660 mm, allowing one-time drilling to 25 meters without manual handling. Power comes from a Cummins QSC8.3-C260-30 engine rated at 194 kW, matched with an Atlas Copco screw compressor that provides 10 m3/min of flushing air. The result is a complete, self-contained drilling package that keeps bench production moving.

The automatic rod handling makes it especially effective where high daily meterage targets must be met with limited crews.

The machine is shipped with export seaworthy packing in a 40ft flat rack container or by RORO vessel. Each unit is factory tested with the rod carousel and drilling functions verified before dispatch.
