The Deep-Hole JK410 crawler mounted pneumatic tophammer drill rig extends the proven JK410 platform with a longer rod handling capacity for 18-meter bench holes. Quarry operators running 12-15 meter benches gain extra drilling reach without moving to a heavier hydraulic machine, keeping capital cost and fuel consumption low. The pneumatic drifter continues to deliver 220 J of impact energy per blow, while the 1200 mm feed extension and 4100 mm feed stroke manage the longer T38 rod string smoothly. This configuration is especially popular in limestone and aggregate quarries where overburden and weathered zones require deeper penetration into sound rock.

The deep-hole JK410 rig is used in aggregate quarries, cement raw material mines, coal overburden removal and small open pits where benches reach 15-18 m. It drills production blastholes, presplit lines and drain holes with equal ease. Contractors also use the machine for foundation piling preparation and deep anchor installation in geotechnical works.

Each rig is supplied with export seaworthy packing and shipped in a 40ft flat rack container or by RORO vessel. Machines are test run at the factory with the compressor matched to site requirements, and ISO 9001:2015 and CE documentation is included. Spare rod guides, drifter parts and air hoses are available from stock for quick delivery.
